Job Description

  • Orchestrates delivery of client’s communication activities across channels, highly on digital
  • Leads strategy development and success criteria alignment for assigned clients
  • Manages workflow, operational, and quality processes within the team and across other agency departments including Strategic Planning, Creatives, Digital, Finance
  • Ensures a high level of strategic, creative, and digital implementation outputs
  • Oversees production process, and ensures quality outcomes, within budget and timeline
  • Collaborates effectively with agency’s partners including Media Agencies, Data & Tech, Innovation Partners, PR, Influencer Marketing & Activation, among others, to deliver solid integrated initiatives
  • Drives measurement and evaluation of all activities
  • Ensures accountability is established during the project planning process
  • Develops strong, trusting relationships between client and agency teams, providing leadership and support during strategy development, ideation and execution
  • Engages deeper into client’s business by getting a depth understanding and constantly providing strategic solutions to their challenges 
  • Full management of financials – budget control and forecasting
  • Reports to Client Service Director, partners with client and agency teams to ensure complete integration and delivery quality
  • Manage, mentor, and grow her/ his subordinates  

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in account management in creative agencies
  • Experience in digital project management with digital media knowledge
  • High velocity with willingness to take on exciting, disruptive challenges
  • Collaborative, with a personality that contributes to Publicis Groupe culture and works well across teams
  • Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-moving, results-oriented environment
  • Excellent in people management, team building and leadership
  • Project management, negotiation and presentation skills 
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability, and is driven by creative excellence
  • Experience in integrated marketing and digital is essential, as well as passion for technology
