About the role:

The Brand Director will lead the relationship with the client and delivery to the Brands Global Marketing and Media teams, developing the global Media strategy for the brand and coordinating its implementation across countries.

How you’d spend your day:

  • Guarantor of the Brand activities at the Agency, you will be the extension of Brand's marketing team and global media team, animating and ensuring consistency of the overall services for the brand across all disciplines.
  • Lead and develop your team, being hands on with their activities as well.
  • In depth understanding of the Key Media trends, the Category and Brand dynamics, the Competitive set and the Consumer insights, to deliver brand & business outcomes.
  • Act as a leader, enhancing proactive industry innovation trends and driving a Brand game changing strategy, contributing to its growth across regions.
  • Development of the overall Global Brand and product Media strategy with a full funnel approach
  • Explore and develop multi-market media opportunities, based on brand maturity in regions and key markets.
  • Ensure consistent briefing and delivery of Digital activation, based on Brand’s needs by coordinating the activities with the Digital hub.
  • Ensure adoption and implementation of the Strategy, the guidelines, the KPI framework by local markets.
  • Engage with Starcom local markets across the world currently servicing the relationship, evangelizing best practices, recommending appropriate investments, and ensuring that Starcom delivers the best possible product to the client with the highest level of service and professionalism.
  • Work collaboratively with the other brand leads and multidisciplinary teams located in different offices.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience working in Media with global teams and strong international clients.
  • Ideally, your background will be at another big agency.
  • Full funnel and Multimedia capabilities, including Digital dynamics as well as good knowledge of Media planning tools and key sources.
  • Fluent in Spanish and good level of English.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably related with Advertising, Marketing, Communication or Business.
