During your time with us, you will be supporting all the recruitment processes for our internship program:

• You will learn about the job profiles and the teams so you can understand the Hiring Manager´s needs.
• You will review CVs and conduct all prescreenings, leading our internship programme candidates.
• You will support our Hiring Managers during the interviews.
• You will look after all the admin behind the program, making sure onboarding and offboarding are both smooth processes.

What we need from you:

• Studying a bachelor's degree or master's on Human Resources, Labour Relations, Psychology or related studies.
• English level:  B2 is mandatory  / C1 is a plus. This will be assessed during the interview. 
• Microsoft Office - Excel proficient 

What we can offer to you:

• Duration: 6 - 12 months.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 9h to 14h 
• Grant: 400€/month
• #FutureOfWork model: 2 days of commuting + 3 days of work from office per week.

• It is necessary to be able to enter into an agreement/annex with a university or business school. If you are unable to sign the annex, don't worry. We have academic partners with whom you can sign an annex by enrolling in a course (paid by the intern from 90€ upwards).
