Job Description

The Media Account Management Director serves as a key contact this large client as a key member of the Field Marketing team. This individual shares in the responsibility of providing account leadership in partnership with the key subject matter expert (Media, Search, Data, SEO) to drive media and marketing solutions for clients. This role is a hybrid of a client service and account management role and works to bridge the strategic account relationship with the campaign strategy and execution being delivered by the team.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Runs day-to-day operations of the accounts and campaign execution
  • Exhibits sound business acumen, strategic skills, creative thinking and analytical problem solving.
  • Communicates well, has the ability to collaborate; demonstrates emerging negotiation skills.
  • Owns senior client relationships (mid-sized accounts) or shares responsibilities with VP/CP or CP (large-sized clients).
  • Works with senior leadership on contracts

Qualifications

  • 10-12 years of relevant work experience in digital media, project management, account management or digital media strategy
  • Expert understanding of media and terminology. Understand different funnel tactics and what platform objectives/KPIs are leveraged to make an impact on client business (CPM, CTR, CPA, etc).
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills are critical. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking ability.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable with being flexible in an ever-changing environment.
  • Energetic, driven to succeed, team player
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year, accredited college or university.
