Job Description

The Branded Content Specialist will be responsible for leading and support during the execution and maintenance of all branded entertainment and integration items.  Job responsibilities might vary depending on the type of execution. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining interpersonal relations and providing assets and information to Media partners, communicating to the clients to approve items, and working across internal agency teams. Branded Content Specialists are required to have the ability to handle more than one thing at once and the capacity to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Will be required to travel for Branded Content Productions. Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.

  • Manage Media sponsorships with Media vendors and internal agency teams
  • Understand Brand Guidelines of account to properly provide assets to media partners for sponsorship elements
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors and ads agencies members
  • Understand media flighting and creative message to tailor sponsorships appropriately
  • Communicates with clients on sponsorships and managing their approvals
  • Manage production timelines to ensure deadlines are met
  • Attend Branded Content productions for clients, ensure all client brand guidelines are adhered to
  • Relationships with key stakeholders are harmonious and productive
  • Achievements are recognized by finishing media sponsorship and preparing recaps

Qualifications

  • 1 year or more of agency experience is preferred
  • Familiar with adhering to Brand Guidelines for large brands
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is required
  • Some travel may be required
  • Must be highly organized, disciplined and detail oriented
  • Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written communications
  • Good analytical skills and business thinking abilities
  • Must take satisfaction in delivering on time especially under pressure
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint are required
