• Support Account team in daily tasks, preparing materials for meetings – scripts, presentations, creative references 
• Ensuring superior quality service and experiential marketing ideas are delivered to clients and then implemented effectively and on time
• Assist in the preparation of materials for clients' meetings and regular reports
• Keep the team fully abreast of all competitive advertising and press coverage of the brands, their competitors, and the marketplace
• Be the main point of contact between the account team and other departments and suppliers on Issues relating to the efficient administration of the accounts.
• Execute assigned tasks as requested
• Undertake administrative tasks

• Having at least 3 months of advertising and/ or marketing experience
• Available for working full-time for a period of a minimum of 6 months
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese 
• Open, proactive, and willing to learn
