Job Description

1. Production coordination tasks in general: 

  • Prepare request for creation/ update of vendor codes in Master Database 
  • Reviewing production contracts and service reconciliations prepared by Account and Production teams
  • Scanning and coding of supplier invoices/documents in e-workflow to submit invoices to Accountants 
  • Prepare payment request to submit to Finance 
  • Handling feedback from suppliers about the status of contracts, liquidations, and payment schedule

2. Account coordination tasks: 

  • Create and track jobs/ Cost Estimates/ Purchase Orders in the Job Management system at the request of the Account team
  • Attend weekly WIP meetings with the Traffic and operational team
  • Generate monthly Active Job List and Outstanding Timesheet Report from the Job Management system and follow up with Account on the status of jobs and clearance of overdue items
  • Supporting the process of preparing service reconciliations with Clients (for specific top Clients)
  • Collecting 3rd party invoice evidence and other required supporting documents required by Clients for the billing process
  • Other job management tasks that are related to internal Financial Monitoring Control requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a plus
  • Proficient use of MS Office
  • Writing skills in both English and Vietnamese
