Job Description

Conill is hiring an Account Supervisor to lead and oversee client business for a leading Fortune 500 company in the Financial space. A Conill Account person is a natural born leader, possessing high energy, curiosity, and a strong collaborative spirit. Our Account leads are critical to the pulse and success of the agency.  They drive our agency positioning, growth, and development. We seek talent that is collaborative, enthusiastic and innovative - experts in client servicing, people management and who are personally motivated in helping shape and evolve the brands with whom we partner. You must be an architect of great work and believe in the power of creativity.  This role requires someone who is extremely resourceful, a self-starter, with excellent people skills. Able to ignite new connections, build them, and work through an intricate web of both client and agency teams. 

  • Thoroughly understand designated pieces of client's business for which the Management Supervisor is responsible.
  • Build meaningful relationship and trust with designated clients.
  • Build trust with and advise clients, providing a range of options to address various issues and opportunities.
  • Oversee "day-to-day'' designated client initiatives, including, but not limited to, business-building, strategy, media and creative projects.
  • Play an essential role in major presentations to clients, including annual planning, and selling creative, media plans and integrated campaign initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to clients, assisting them with all aspects of their marketing and advertising. Be willing to engage clients on difficult issues.
  • Develop all assignment briefs in partnership with strategic planning.
  • Take responsibility for managing client budgets and scope. Manage client contract, fees and compensation.
  • Define project parameters and client needs. Manage client expectations regarding timing, schedules and process.

Qualifications

Experience

  •  5-7 years of account experience in a creative advertising agency preferred. 
  • Previous experience on financial services accounts, insurance, or other regulated industry. 
  • Prior Hispanic market experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual-English/Spanish preferred.
  • Some travel is required.

Qualifications

  • A strong ability to work collaboratively with other agency leadership in media, strategic planning, digital and creative.
  • Solid writing and presentation skills for both internal and external audiences
  • Experience working on a large national brand
  • Proven ability to be an innovative, creative, proactive, and self-directed team player who works in a fast-paced environment and meets deadlines
  • Digitally fluent, with an understanding of the complex, fragmented media landscape and how to bring together cohesive programs and drive results for clients
  • Proficiency with Google Docs, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, openly, honestly and with integrity
