Job Description

Visa is unsurprisingly a key client of Saatchi & Saatchi London, but also Publicis worldwide. And now is possibly the most exciting time to join the Europe team in the history of S&S having the busines:

· You will get huge multi-market and stakeholder experience under your belt, as you are working closly with our 33 markets on a daily basis.
It’s a brilliant stepping stone for leading a regional or global account one day.

· It will challenge and grow you strategically – not just when it comes to comms strategy, but high-level, upstream business strategy too. Visa’s vision is to be the most data-led marketing brand in the world, and we’ve just had sign-off on a massive transformation project led by Sapient that will allow Visa to get much closer to realising this vision.

· It will enable you to become a real all-rounder – working in a 50-50 split between the production and agency side of this team. You will get the chance to wotk closely with some of the best creatives there are and are the first point of contact for branding and production assets requests. As well as adhoc, small creative and production requests from Visa Central

·You will be part of the biggest brand repositioning in Visa’s history, which brings with it a fresh and modern attitude, and a strong sense of purpose. You will guide 33 markets to embrace the new creative platform and roll it out to all their local initiatives. 

· As the European Central team we get to develop creative work for the world’s most powerful global sponsorship platforms (FIFA, Olympics, UEFA). Visa is one of only two brands who have sponsorship access to both FIFA and Olympics. Being a champion of gender diversity, they are also the world’s leading sponsor of women’s football. 

 

Day to day 

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with all other departments within the agency, including the project management, planning and creative departments and be the key day-to day contact across multiple projects, delivering high levels of client servicing. 
  • Take the brief to the creative team(s) and manage feedback self-sufficiently. 
  • Ensure the smooth progress and delivery of all work in development, manage the projects and own the timing plans and budgets. Ensure expectations are set and managed both internally and externally. 
  • Oversee and approve all contact reports before they go to client and work with the Account Executive to prepare regular competitive reviews to be shared with the rest of the team and client. 

Qualifications

  • Experience working in Account Management. 
  • Financial or similar client experience will be very useful but not essential. 
  • Experience of managing clients, delivering projects and working under your own initiative whilst collaborating within a team. 
  • Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages.
