Job Description

Operational Strategy is part of the Publicis Global Operations (PGO), which is a Groupe wide practice driving transformation across Publicis solution hubs through a connected global network, proprietary technology, and consistent and scalable best in-class processes; empowering global marketing and digital business transformation.

The Operational Strategy team are responsible for managing the deployment of PGO core products and services across the Groupe’s global clients. The successful candidate will work closely with the other teams that make up PGO, along with many of the functions across the Groupe, to ensure that all required teams, products and services are connected on a daily basis to deliver the Operational Strategy roadmap across our clients.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessment of the current state of business on specific client projects across global, regional and local teams
  • Create operational business and process proposals based on the assessment findings and the desired client goal
  • Lead the deployment of PGO products and services across global clients
  • Be a main point of contact between the client, internal senior stakeholders and product owners/development teams to increase transparency, communication and productivity across all parties
  • Introducing offshore teams to projects and ensuring that they’ve had a sufficient onboarding to manage the project long term
  • Manage market training and support across products and services
  • Supporting with the creation of demos for global pitches

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience within a media agency, ideally in an activation, planning, data or operations role (i.e. Data Analyst, Ad-Ops, Project Manager, Product Manager etc.)
  • Experience with the development or deployment of products or processes that have been designed to optimize any processes related to briefing, planning, activation or reporting within a media agency
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • The ability to adapt and ‘learn-as-you-go' to new technology and processes
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • In-depth knowledge of and passion for online advertising and emerging trends in the digital landscape
