• You’re a creative with strong design chops who can work well with others at all levels
• You have a powerful digital-focused portfolio
• You can generate visual concepts for marketing campaigns
• You’re able to iterate in a fast-paced environment
• You possess communication and presentation skills that allow you to articulate your innovative visual ideas and design choices
• You actively participate in brainstorms and other idea-generating team sessions
• You have a strong grasp of the latest and emerging technologies, site and social trends and techniques

• Experience as Art Director.​​​​​​
• Experience working in different design fields, including creating concepts using storytelling to develop them.
• Must have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes a wide variety of digital design work (CRM - Email marketing)
• Deep familiarity with the digital environment.
• Proven track record as a technical and/or creative team player.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven written and spoken English skills, level B2 or higher (must).
• Proven experience using the adobe suite especially XD.
