Job Description

The Account Coordinator (AC) supports the account executive and account team members in day-to-day client business management. Responsibilities include assisting the Account Group with all ongoing, account maintenance projects. The candidate has outstanding project management skills.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Draft monthly sales reports
  • Assist in development of presentations/charts
  • Organization/archiving of relevant documents
  • Assemble and distribute work requests and timelines
  • Update and manage creative archives
  • Collect and maintain archive of competitive advertising
  • Coordinate smaller-scale productions
  • Read industry related materials to stay abreast of trends and market activity
  • Participate in strategic discussions
  • Oversee creative development process when appropriate
  • Interact with management, the media department, and the creative department on a weekly (minimum) basis

Qualifications

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications preferred.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Photoshop Skills preferred but not required
  • Previous agency internship experience highly desired
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish is preferred but not required. 
  •  Strong interpersonal relation skills
  • Must have a knack for numbers and analyzing data
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Able to handle a large volume of tasks simultaneously
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Sound computer knowledge, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and a willingness to learn new technologies
  • Must be comfortable with the digital space and social media platforms
  • Able to work extended hours when necessary
