Job Description

The Zenith Smart Operations Team works with client account, performance and data and tech and Publicis Media leadership teams to deliver improved operational efficiencies. This includes leading excellence standards for new client account transition and operation setup. Driving to improve our hub operation standards and best practices and to bring more automation within the day-to-day account operations.

This exciting new role is looking for an ambitious and determined leader to come into the team to help build a more efficient operating team. Working closely with the operation lead you will be working across the teams 3 key pillars including leading transition and onboarding new client wins, develop the media hub operation best practices framework and lead projects which will drive more automation across our resource day to day processes.

  • Be a key lead for Zenith Global to support GCLs and BD’s to lead new account transitions by driving the account team to setup media operations to achieve pitch milestone goals
  • Build, provide and help educate account teams with operational best practice playbooks and templates to help improve standardization
  • Be a primary lead for account teams to support for all operation queries and to provide solutions
  • Provide consultancy to account teams to improve their current operations and drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Be a key driver in developing and working closely with account operation leads bringing more automation to current manual work streams to improve teams work efficiencies
  • Be a Zenith Global key lead on the Publicis media operations team to help improve and have input on the products we use at Zenith Global.
  • Be the lead for Zenith Global working on Publicis Media project initiatives helping to coordinate and manage implementation within Zenith Global teams
  • Oversee and support the digital hub campaign managers to ensure they are following operational best practice
  • Manage relationship with resources, Operation teams and Publicis leads with Zenith Global teams
  • Be the key lead for overseeing. Onboarding and developing our teams use for Monday.com, JIRA and MediaTools
  • Support the Operations with Zenith Global projects

Qualifications

  • Prior experience of working within global and hub model operations in media
  • Prior knowledge of Digital / Traditional Media
  • Prior knowledge and practical experience setting up digital tools and tech
  • Experience in transitioning of a new client account and managing account setup
  • Experience in project management or planning reporting tool setup
  • Strong interest in process and tech automation – you must have understanding and benefits of automation.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate determination to achieve objectives
  • Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail
  • Professional, ambitious and driven and team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Able to challenge the norm, embrace and suggest change where needed
