About the gig

The purpose of the Client Partner is to create a centre of client excellence across all account portfolios driving strong performance, exceptional work & results, product excellence, client satisfaction and high team engagement.

It exists to serve as our client and brand leader and agency expert on creative, media and integrated responses.  They will be looked to for developing ground-breaking, effective and award winning work, driving new business, building client trust and leading a high performing, motivated team.

The deep financial acumen, natural relationship building and streamlined approach to ways of doing things are key standouts to its success.

Working as part of a large team, we might spot you:

  • Putting the client first and at the heart of everything we do, and inspiring your teams to do the same;
  • Instilling a high standard of excellence across all stages of the process from inception to fruition;
  • Being the voice of the client and custodian of their brand within the agency;
  • Taking a collaborative approach throughout the process as you work with the wider agency teams & specialists;
  • Focusing on success as a mandatory through the work, product evolution, results and revenue growth; and
  • Expertly managing the process and commercial infrastructure that sits around all our work.

Some essentials that will help you get the job:

  • 8+ years’ experience working within an agency, including at least 4 years at a senior leader level
  • Experience working in integrated agencies - delivering integrated solutions across media, digital, creative, production, data and tech.
  • Fully understands the creative & production process (scoping, planning, delivering)
  • Experience executing client engagement plans and a complex profitability strategy.
  • New business development including tangible examples of client organic growth and new accounts.
  • Ability to think holistically across clients, driving their teams to be in the business executing successfully.
  • Natural people leader, with a high EQ and the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Confident decision making, clear communication and the ability to bring others on the journey.
  • A future thinker, big picture vision and ability to translate thinking & ideas into reality.
  • Commercial acumen to drive profitable outcomes and growth.
  • Analytical thinking, asking the right questions and challenging for better outcomes.
  • Demonstrates high influential skills and natural collaborator
  • Is naturally open, transparent, honest and with positive energy, optimism and can-do attitude.
