Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Creative Services Manager  to join our EM team based in Dubai. The role is an hybrid role -  50% internal operation management and 50% Client Facing Project management in close collaboration with the Client Head of Project Management.

Responsibilities:

Internal operation management

- Work closely with the Regional leadership team  to drive operational excellence at every step of the creative process - from initial brief intake all the way to final asset delivery. Mandate is to keep creative projects on-time, on budget and on brief, all while fostering an environment in which creative quality and innovation can flourish.

- Support in shaping the internal operating model through creating project dashboard and manage the internal workflow between CDUs and creative team

- Strategically map creative resources to high quality; oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple high priority projects concurrently,

- Responsible for keeping everyone on task and projects on deadline and keeping all parties updated on the progress. Make sure the project goes smoothly and both the client who requested the project and the professionals who did the work are satisfied with the end result.

-Distribute assignments to creative teams and other departments, depending on their availability and priorities

- Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly

- Proactively coordinate with the various account teams ( located in Brazil, Thailand, SA and Dubai)  on pipeline tracking and  give progress updates on existing projects, proactive troubleshooting for any upcoming challenges

- Proactive capacity management, pipeline planning between the different teams ensure deadlines to deliver the projects that work for clients and campaign live dates. Hold regular meetings with teams to make the process easier on everyone. This process will continue until the creative “product” is complete. Lead internal teams in analyzing what went well and what needs improvement.

- Work with freelancers and contractors and ensure they have the resources needed for their jobs

Client Facing Project management

- Manage project scope, deliverables, timing, capacity planning and budget across multiple workstreams for the communication development process of multi-market

- Create detailed timeline  and set deadlines for various stages of a project and ensure the timelines are always up to date, Proactively mitigate any risk delay liasing with the Client head of project management

- Drive+: is the workflow tool that is used across the business and this role is expected to ensure that all projects are on Drive+ and up to date. This will be used to structure the weekly project review session with client as well as to report on the project development process ad status to highly areas for efficiency improvements

- Aware of project requirements and able to manage expectations both internally and externally

- Work with interdisciplinary teams to build the best solutions for campaigns with oversight

- Play a dual role of client advocate and internal team advocate

- Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes

- Involve team at the optimal levels for project success and overall account utilization

- Lead efficient meetings and conference calls

- Clear understanding of budgets and financials & maintain job files

 

 

Qualifications

- 5 years+ experience in project management 

- Organized and detail focused

- High degree of customer orientation, communication skills and assertiveness, coupled with diplomatic skills and a confident appearance

-High level of initiative, goal orientation and ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and expert at prioritization, can evaluate the needs of multiple stakeholders and make efficient decisions

- Proactive, forward thinking and collaborative

- Proficiency in Excel and project management tools and processes and software (all MS tools like teams, ppt, excel, word, etc.)

- Good knowledge of the end to end flow of large scale projects including production (shoot)

- Experience in managing multi-market projects and proactive risk mitigation/ problem solving

- Exceptional written, visual and verbal cross-functional communication skills

- Proven track record of collaboration, taking ownership and driving results

- Excellent language skills in English
