• We are looking for Senior Software Engineer to work on groundbreaking multichannel SaaS Digital Marketing Platform that focuses on uniquely identify the customer’s patterns, effectively interact with them across channels and achieve a positive return on marketing investment (ROMI).
• The platform helps consolidate and integrates the features and functionality typically found in stand-alone services and channel-specific messaging platforms to give marketers a tightly integrated, easily orchestrated, insights-driven, cross channel marketing capability.
• Primary role of the Senior Software Engineer is to envision and build internet scale services on Cloud using Java and distributed technologies.

What will you do?

• Build highly scalable enterprise software for AdTech domain, capable of handling high volume of transaction using Java / J2EE technology stack or Python.
• Take e2e ownership of products development – from design to production support
• Collaborate across multiple teams in architecting new solutions.
• Advocate for strong engineering practices – Agile, pair programming, automation, CI/CD
• Collaborate with Product owners to design and build next generation features.
• Participate in ongoing research and evaluation of new technologies and understand their impact.
• Drive efforts to reduce inefficiencies in development, QA and deployment processes.

Requirement 1 )

• Java Hadoop Developer – Experience 5- 8 years
• Java with Big Data Ecosystems: Hadoop, Hbase, Kafka, Spark HDFS
• Experience/Good knowledge in open source frameworks (OSS) like Spring IO, Spring MVC, Spring Hibernate, Spring Boot. Good in technical design of backend applications like Designing REST API endpoints and designing database tables
• Hands on experience in performance tuning of data intensive applications.
• Involved in schema designing and hands-on development of Hive, spark, Athena, Presto, Impala, Hbase, Kafka/ AMQ
• Experience in following Tools: Eclipse, Maven, Gradle, DB tools, Bitbucket/JIRA/Confluence
• Experience with the following Application Servers: Apache Tomcat 6.x, Jboss 4.0.
• Can develop SOA services and good knowledge of REST API and Micro service architectures.
• Hands on experience in Java Collections, Streams, Multithreading,
• Hands on experience in Oops, Design patterns, Java based web Services, Code Optimization.
• Good experience in JVM and Memory Management, Multithreading & Synchronization, Data Structure & Algorithms.

Requirement 2)

• Quality Engineer- Experience 5- 8 years
• Core skills: 5+ years proven experience developing manual tests and automated tests.
• Ability to identify various possible test scenarios for the given functional requirements and document them as test cases using tools like MTM
• Strong knowledge on Selenium automation for UI based features with API Automation
• Web services/API testing using ReadyAPI and SOAP UI tool
• Good understanding of object oriented design principles
• Proven understanding of white box, grey box and black box testing techniques
• Experience of source control systems and configuration management preferably GitHub
• Experience using SQL with regard to writing and understanding queries

Requirement 3)

• Product Owner- Experience 5 – 8 years
• Creates and Maintains the Product Backlog
• Prioritizes and sequences the backlog according to business priority
• Help teams with the elaboration of Epics, Themes and Features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint
• Interface with business teams to assess ongoing business needs and translate those needs into systems requirements.
• Conveys the Vision and Goals at the beginning of every Release and Sprint and represents the customer, interfaces and engages the customer.
• Participate in Agile scrum ceremonies and track the product progress at the end of every Sprint with complete authority to accept or reject work done.

Requirement 4)

•  Python Pyspark Experience- 3- 8 years
• Demonstrated proficiency in PYTHON or Pyspark; minimum 2 years of experience.
• Good experience in Unix Commands and Shell scripting
• Proficiency with a python advanced concepts such as multi-threading and templating
