Job Description

  • Manage VOC (voice of the consumer) and escalate as necessary and appropriate; monitor conversations, and user-generated comments daily during the commitment time.
  • Manage content for social media conversations and activities.
  • Review and respond to user-generated comments/inboxes to foster a positive community and add value to the users’ experience as outlined in the schedule.
  • Post content for feeds on all platforms of social (Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram,...) in alignment with the SMC checklist and follow the scheduled calendars.
  • Support the weekly report (export and ket data performance) and the paperwork needed. 

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree, preferably with a specialty in communications, and marketing.
  • Attention to detail and self-starter.
  • Understand popular social networks including design, functionality, and users.
  • Must operate well in a matrix and multi-agency environment.
  • Vietnamese is compulsory
