As a Digital Media Supervisor on the Toyota account, you work closely with the TDA Media Planning Teams in developing and implementing Digital Media Plans that deliver against key performance metrics. Your goal will be to optimize media campaigns to increase brand consideration and purchase intent.

An ideal candidate will be a self-starter with knowledge and energy to develop and execute media plans with 4-6 years of experience in digital planning.

Qualifications

Candidate experience should include:

  • Expert in Paid Social
  • Basic understanding of Digital terms and planning philosophies
  • Proficient in GCM (Google Campaign Manager)
  • Working knowledge of Prisma a plus
  • Working knowledge of Business Intelligence platforms (Domo, Tableau) a plus
  • Working knowledge of site analytic platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of media research tools (MRI, Nielsen, ComScore, Simmons, etc.) and ability to analyze syndicated research
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Regional planning experience is desirable
  • Automotive or retail media experience is desirable
  • Excellent organization and time management; ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
  • Attention-to-detail; demonstrates a high degree of accuracy

Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Plan development and implementation of annual Digital strategy and possess the ability to present and persuade internal Media Teams on strategy and rationale
  • Supervise one or more Digital Planners to understand, implement, and manage Strategy throughout the year
  • Stewardship over media POV requests from clients
  • Work closely with Manager to research and help develop calendar year communication goals
  • Carry out buying strategies and negotiate media to maximize investment
  • Implement and follow media process and agency process
  • Maintain and develop relationships with media vendors regarding existing plans and new opportunities
  • Analyze analytics to optimize plans
  • Develop and maintain media flowcharts
  • Research and recommend the best media mix for campaigns
  • Evaluate the success of media strategies and campaigns
  • Support and inspire the work and the people
  • Other duties as assigned
