Job Description
Description – Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the Human Resources (HR) function, Compensation & Benefits function and Information Technology (IT) Departments to provide system requirement support.
- Configuring solution requirements on the Success Factors Compensation Module, understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives
- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
- Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates on project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that occur during the course of projects. Monitors project work to ensure that progress is maintained within expected guidelines and is completed on a timely basis.
- Other daily operational work – maintain trackers, performing access audit, testing SAP releases, testing Compensation configurations etc.
- Primary Job Responsibility: Develop and configure the SuccessFactors Compensation system as per client requirements - Compensation template creation and copy, setting up route maps, guidelines, budgets, field based permissions, role based permissions, launch and testing of compensation forms
Qualifications
Possess an MBA degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources.
Additional Information
- 5 to 6 (for Sr Associate) years of experience in handling HR tools – analysis, system enhancements, coordination, user testing etc
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central/Compensation Module.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements
- Candidate must have at least one SF Compensation End to end implementation or Support Project experience
- Strong Hold on MS Excel is preferable
- HR knowledge – various HR functions, processes etc
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
- Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global Organizations
- Translate Business requirements into System Configuration.
- Certified in Success Factors compensation is an additional advantage not mandatory!
