About DMS: The DMS (Digital Media Solutions) team sits within Epsilon, which is part of the Publicis Groupe. We power the data and personalization angle, and to get digital media personalization right, you need to not only identify customers online, but also deliver relevant messages to them, based on their real-time behaviours and preferences. We partner with brands across strategy, campaign setup, creative and measurement.

What you will do

  • Handle digital design work, animation, and integration of video into the digital advertising world by partnering with an Art Director or team partner/s
  • Tell the brand story succinctly using existing brand assets like existing ad films, to create personalized digital videos
  • Use After Effects and our in-house tools to add a layer of personalization and extend the relevancy and usage of existing brand video assets
  • Proactively engage in driving video on the digital medium for clients and work across teams in ensuring personalization and automation sync with brand needs
  • Inspire and knowledge-share on the latest developments in the video space and discover ways to include that in our offering
  • Aim to be a Subject Matter Expert in relevant tools/software

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Video Editing/ Digital Media (with focus on video)
  • 3-5 years experience serving in a video editing capacity
  • Well-rounded portfolio of work
  • Ability to work quickly and adapt speed and direction based on project demands
  • Organized, error-free and methodical with assets
  • Mastery of 2D animations using Adobe After Effects, working knowledge of 3D animations
  • Advanced with Adobe Premier and After Effects
  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
