Job Description

- Provide operational support of Active Directory environment including but not limited to AD, Azure AD, DNS, AD-FS, CyberArk PIM, Azure MFA, NPS
- Troubleshoot and resolve low to high complexity issues and incidents 
- Participate in or lead complex or high severity troubleshooting and incident problem resolutions with other infrastructure teams or vendors 
- Plan and implement low to highly complex changes to the environment 
- Participate as a team member on projects involving Active Directory 
- Perform common responsibilities such as domain controller promotion and demotion, organizational unit setup and delegation of administration, group policy creation and modification, administration of AD sites, subnets and site links, and schema changes 
- Analyse data and identify trends to facilitate root cause analysis and identify opportunities for service improvement 
- Ensure the security and compliance of the Active Directory environment 
- Create and update standard operating procedure documentation 
- Manage, backup and restore of Active Directory 
- Participate in capacity planning, performance monitoring and maintenance to ensure high availability and proactively identify opportunities for service improvement 

 

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering 

- 5 years of experience in related fields
- Solid understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles 
- Experience with Windows Server 2012 Active Directory Services. Windows Server 2016, Azure Active Directory
- Experience with Windows Azure, AWS or other public Cloud technologies 
- Experience in VBScript or PowerShell to develop complex automation scripts 
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or an equivalent certification
