As a REMOTE Associate Experience Design Director at Razorfish, you will drive the functional design of complex digital experiences – balancing business, user, and technical requirements to create products and services that answer real customer needs and deliver business results for our clients.

• Collaborate with diverse client and agency teams to assess, refine, and leverage business, user, and technical requirements 

• Advocate for the user, demonstrate best practices, and seek to align teams toward better serving the larger customer journey 

• Synthesize research findings, strategic direction, and requirements into elegant user experiences 

• Independently create and refine UX documentation including information architecture, sitemaps, flow diagrams, wireframes, and functional prototypes for responsive digital experiences 

• Proactively seek input & feedback, present deliverables, articulate design rationale, and negotiate revisions in direct collaboration within the design team, as well as with client stakeholders and delivery teams 

• Effectively estimate level of effort, negotiate personal workload and timelines – following through with timely, high-quality delivery 

• Leverage and contribute to the design system, generating high-quality deliverables 

• Stay current and share design trends and best practices 

• 5+ years of experience 

• Portfolio demonstrating your ability to create effective solutions for complex challenges 

• Expertise in Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe CC, Mural, Miro, or similar 

• Experience in leveraging Agile methodology, processes, and tools 

• A positive, solutions-oriented approach to difficult challenges
