Publicis Groupe is the global agency partner for NIVEA, the world’s leading skin-care brand, for every market globally. For NIVEA we have built a bespoke agency called Publicis One Touch, a name that embodies the NIVEA brand purpose of ‘The Power of Touch’.  

Publicis One Touch is a new agency model designed to help transform NIVEA’s communication model from a TV centric approach to one rooted in the consumer journey leveraging the range of touchpoints and channels that are relevant to consumers today.   In order to do that we must bring together data, creativity and technology to help build a truly integrated approach to the Nivea brand. This model is designed to dramatically improve the effectiveness, efficiency, creativity and consistency of NIVEA marketing.  

To deliver the creative scope and the implementation we will have powerhouses across 9 hubs in New York, Sao Paulo, Cape Town, Dubai, Mumbai, Shanghai, Bangkok, Moscow and Hamburg. The Agency is led from Hamburg HQ, which our core communications clients have moved into, and use a network of Publicis One Touch teams to cover the NIVEA world.

Stellenbeschreibung

Reporting to the Data Strategy Director and Head of Strategy at Publicis One Touch, you are responsible for infusing a data - driven approach into the development of end - to - end  brand experiences for the NIVEA master brand and across the brand’s category portfolio. The role involves working closely with and supporting a multi-functional team consisting of brand & communication planners, content and experience strategists to uncover data points, insights and engagement opportunities. 

● You will work alongside and support the Data Strategy Director in monitoring and analyzing consumer and competitive trends as well as channel and campaign effectiveness. 

● You will help ensure our strategies are informed by rigorous, credible data and measurement  

● You have a good working knowledge of digital and social research and tracking tools and apply them to generate competitive reports as well as uncover actionable insights that fuel creativity and more effective consumer engagement strategies.  

● You’re skilled at analyzing data and converting it into clear recommendations for optimization and actions.  

Qualifikationen

  • Strong analytical skills 
  • An understanding of the communication process 
  • Effective social scraping skills 
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings in an interesting and non-technical way 
  • Creative problem solver 
  • Collaborative team player 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate to clients, teammates and external business partners 
  • Three to five years of full-time experience in data analysis or digital campaign management 
  • Experience in contributing to building integrated campaigns that utilize data strategy and consumer journeys. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field 
  • Intermediate to advanced excel and powerpoint (required)
