We’re Heartbeat, the marketing agency for Healthcare Challenger Brands and the brave clients behind them. And hopefully you’re our next Designer, helping us to deliver game-changing client presentations.

Requirements: 

  • 1-2+ years of agency experience with an exemplary portfolio of work, including numerous examples of presentation design 
  • Experience designing in PowerPoint
  • Absolute and unquestionable passion for good design in all its subtlety. Our bar for presentation design is just as high as any other medium
  • Formal design training with solid typography, graphic and layout design skills  
  • In-depth knowledge of PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • There will be other non-presentation projects too! So we want to know you have experience with other digital design, including (but not limited to) social and web graphics, banner ads and email templates, and any other fun project we dream up

 

Qualifications

Skills: 

  • Exceptional presentation and graphic design abilities 
  • Excellent understanding of informational hierarchy, composition, color, typography and all that jazz
  • Repeated experience of working with others to translate their ideas and stories into slides that move audiences
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and work within a larger team
  • Ability to self-manage projects and to work within deadlines
  • Self-motivated, team-frickin’-player
  • Inherent coolness is always tremendous

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $51,000 - 75,000.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
