Job Description

  • Monitors the project workload of the teams
  • Analyzes the demand for resources
  • Plans project work at the creative and design departments – defines priorities, allocates duties, sets deadlines
  • Coordinates the work of creative teams
  • Cooperates with all teams and other departments (Client Service, Project Management)
  • Monitors the schedules and progress of the planned activities
  • Solves routine project issues
  • Supports routine communication between the teams
  • Prepares documentation and reports
  • Prepares short-term and long-term action plans

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the creative or digital industry
  • Knowledge of creative processes, digital production and/or video post-production
  • Basic knowledge of 360° marketing activities
  • Experience with managing production projects (concept / design / e-commerce design / copywriting / motion design / UX)
  • Ability to build project teams
  • Highly developed analytical skills
  • Knowledge of the methodology and tools for project management (e.g., Agile, Jira, Toggl)
  • Ability to plan and organize the work of the team
  • Initiative and independence in action
  • Fluent command of English
