Job Description

Razorfish is looking for recent grads to become Junior Experience Designers on our team!

We’re looking for someone passionate about creating various products for our clients, everything from applications to marketing experience and more! Jr. Experience Designers will collaborate with a team of Experience Strategists and UX Designers, Product Managers, Content and Brand Strategists, as well as other cross-functional disciplines including Intelligence, Technology, Marketing Operations, and Creative, to drive consistent client value while also looking beyond the ask to identify key areas of opportunity and growth. They must have an understanding of user-centered design methods and techniques

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop existing skills by working with senior creative staff on a range of projects
  • Experience Design deliverables (not limited to):
    • Maintenance of prototypes and wireflows
    • Creation of functional annotations and user stories
    • Industry, category, user, and business discovery/research
    • Experience and Heuristic audits
    • Task/user flows and journey maps
    • Development of information architecture

Qualifications

  • 6 months - 1 year of relevant job or internship experience at a consulting firm or agency 
  • Emerging understanding of Experience Design
  • Good knowledge of the following tools is required: 
  • After Effects ,Illustrator ,Photoshop ,InDesign ,Sketch ,InVision 
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal 
  • Extremely detailed-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Adeptness with leading design software packages 
  • Active team player
  • Ability to identify problems and present solutions
  • The motivation to maintain and improve design standards 
  • The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve 
  • Must have a focus on detail and driving results
  • Excited about the Experience Design career path
