Job Description

You should have a future thinking mindset, preparing for not just the upcoming campaign, but putting in place measures to ensure that we continuously improve our output. You are a proficient delegator and manage with simplicity and clarity and provide true partnership to the client.

You will be expected to take charge and self-sufficiently run your projects, it would suit a self-starter who is comfortable juggling multiple work streams, is keen to learn and that can comfortably talk about, defend and sell creative ideas. With high levels of responsibility and regular access to senior people within the Agency, this position will provide an excellent opportunity to learn and create some of the best work in the business.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading all projects
  • Day-to-day contact for all client requests
  • Ensures that work is delivered efficiently and to the highest possible standard
  • Leads relationship with other roster agencies to ensure the best possible creative product across all touchpoints.
  • Works hand in hand with Planning Director and Creative Director.

Qualifications

  • Excellent people skills and ability to work closely with the team, the creative department, other agencies, and clients.
  • A can-do attitude is a must! 
  • A passion for creative work and an ambition to consistently deliver the best innovative product
  • To have the highest of standards, be very well-organized and take pride in attention to detail
  • Patient, articulate and influential
  • Fantastic at multi-tasking
  • Happy to operate with autonomy  

 

Sector experience:

  • Integrated experience-TVand print is a must.
  • Digital and social experience preferred
