Job Description

We are seeking a VP of Data who speaks complicated data to the masses without losing audience engagement. You’re a data brainiac. You are comfortable getting your hands dirty with the team, but you are equally adept at rising above and leading.  You know CRM like nobody’s business, and you have a passion for working with smart teams.

Here’s what you excel at to be a VP of Data Intelligence at FKA.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage a complex a multi-faceted engagement with a large client focused on CRM
  • Bring a wealth of experience and understand how to apply that within the parameters of how your new clients operate
  • Bring a depth of understanding of data beyond merely email opens and clicks.  Such things as customer journeys, attribution, click stream data and CLV  
  • Build and procure relationships both internally and with clients
  • Bring a lens of innovation and seek out new opportunities for value added scope
  • Align strategy with client goals and objectives, coordinate with cross functional leadership to allocate and implement innovative data infrastructure and measurement solutions
  • Create a 6 month -> 1 year -> 2 year vision for the team and relationship
  • Inspire, train and guide members of the team

Qualifications

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics or Marketing or equivalent work experience preferred
  • You have 12+ years of meaningful work experience in marketing consulting advertising or interactive.
  • You have hyper organizational skills and can simultaneously balance the needs of multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • You can manage a team of 20+ distributed employees
  • You learn at light speed
  • You understand data structures, can write SQL and can build dashboards in a pinch
  • You are an engaging presenter who can hold an audience.
