The Digitas Media Team delivers media services to clients across Display, Programmatic, Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO and Affiliates across teams in Edinburgh and London. The team works with a broad range of clients varying from retail to travel, to FMCG to B2B.

Project Management within the Media Team takes projects from planning to delivery - on time, on budget, and on brief. Project Management is everyone’s go to place for the project. Clients and internal team members rely on you for everything they need to know about a project: what to expect, what to do next, and where they need to be.
The role will support Senior SEO Managers and SEO Directors with the review and assessment of performance and will need a strong understanding of the principles of digital media and the common measurement approaches.
The Senior Project Manager is also expected to lead various weekly client status calls, maintaining a clear status sheet, trello board or similar and ensure tasks are completed on time and to budget. They will contribute to client meetings and QBRs/SteerCos – providing rationale for recommendations and insights into performance.
The account is varied and the ideal candidate will need to have experience within a Digital Media environment. Experience project managing across Search, SEO, Strategy or other Digital Media Channels as well as working with other departments such as Creative or Data is highly desirable.
They will need to have experience in running these kind of projects and retainers and have a clear understanding of the project objectives, the deliverables and associated resources to deliver to the highest standard and agreed timelines.
Skills & Experience:
- Senior level agency experience within project management/digital media/marketing environment
- Experience project managing global digital media solutions worth c.£500k upwards
- Evidence of contributing to growth or change on global client engagements
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with differing delivery times
- Experience leading weekly status calls and updates with senior level clients
- Proven experience motivating team members and clients alike to come up with new ideas and initiatives. Encourage them to challenge current approaches / methods.
