Job Description

The Account Executive works in conjunction with the account team to fulfill client campaign planning, execution, management and analysis. This role interfaces with our clients on a daily basis and is responsible for building and maintaining a strong working relationship. 

Account Executives also work closely with the project management, strategy, data, analytics, and creative and mail/email production teams to appropriately define the client’s opportunity and deliver a set of solutions aimed at fulfilling brand objectives. Being able to multi-task, problem solve, bring a 'can-do' attitude, and a proven ability to work in a collaborative environment is paramount.

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Anticipates client questions and has thought out answers/solutions
  • Demonstrates thinking/communicating from the client's perspective as well as Razorfish Account Management
  • Performs day-to-day client contact
  • Schedules client meetings and responsible for conference reports
  • Coordinate deliverables for weekly status reports (projects, due dates, etc)
  • Partners with the project management team to ensure commitments made are realistic, within scope and delivered without error
  • Prioritizes & sets expectations on deliverables
  • Drives client communication and cross team coordination
  • Excel and MS Office proficiency required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Strong client-service orientation and proven team player
  • Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes
  • Understands marketing reporting and able to contribute insights

Qualifications

·       BA in marketing, advertising or related field.

·       3+ years experience with a digital agency.
