Job Description

As a member of the Australia Marketing team you will bring a new perspective and energy to a high growth and rapidly evolving business. This role will work closely with the leadership team, helping to define and amplify our core values, brand and vision for our staff and business. You will play a key role in helping to grow our organisation by developing and executing our Employee Value Proposition strategy. You will also support our internal and external Go-to-Market strategies, ensuring that our success and learnings in market is leveraged to optimize and improve our ways of work and employee experience.  

You are well-versed in general marketing internal communications practices; and have a willingness to move fast & experiment often. You will be passionate about our place in the market and the exciting growth journey we are on. You will be one of leading evangelists for our brand and employee experiences. Ideally, you come with strong experience in communications marketing and have a demonstrated ability to develop and manage complex internal communications plans and campaigns. You’re also a natural collaborator and initiator with individuals at all levels of organization, including leadership, client teams, delivery teams, Groupe and Global. 

You are comfortable working with creatives, technologists, strategists; you have a genuine appreciation for creativity and an interest in technology and its impact on humankind. You display empathy, intellectual curiosity and openness to learn about new industries, new fields, new disciplines and are excited by change and learning.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Help build positive brand awareness of Publicis Sapient in Australia. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Australia Leadership Team, and global teams to develop and manage our internal brand presence and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategy.
  • You will develop and execute the strategy to promote the Publicis Sapient brand internally, highlighting our inspiring work in the market and the meaningful impact we have on Australian’s lives 
  • You will help plan, build, and execute a local EVP marketing plan to deliver high-impact, integrated campaigns that promote our EVPs in market and drive acquisition of new talent, and retention of our high value staff.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with key influencers in the local business markets – including universities, employer ratings agencies and key industry and employer influencers.
  • Lead the creation of compelling brand narratives that amplify our EVP programs in market. Leveraging story telling and content promotion across a social, digital, internal communications platforms and industry events.
  • Measure and report on effectiveness of programs and campaigns. You will develop forecasts and projections for spend, revenue and ROI and make recommendations on further activity
  • Conceive and execute industry events and account based marketing programs that drive meaningful engagement between Publicis Sapient and our employees, clients and industry influencers.

Qualifications

  • You will have 8+ years of relevant marketing experience- preferably at a technology or consulting firm or similar high growth business. You can effortlessly balance multiple objectives.
  • You bring the combination of deep analytical and reporting skills as well as ability to build strong relationships. You are a team player with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of people in both direct and matrixed relationships.
  • Experience within content and Issues-based marketing.
  • You have experience working closely with business leaders to drive growth. You will ensure our marketing efforts are comprehensive, multi-layered strategies.
