Job Description

Overview

Undoubtedly one of the biggest names in gaming, this brand is easily recognizable for bringing iconic characters and video game systems to the world, and you have a chance to help steward this amazing brand.

This account is one of the most fun, but incredibly fast-paced accounts to work on. You will gain first-hand experience of the gaming industry while producing a massive volume of video content for TV and Digital media. With approximately 10+ campaigns a year, it is critical we find someone to play a key role in ensuring the account and numerous campaign productions runs smoothly. 

They will not only LEAD the critical, day-to-day account operations but also (initially) SUPPORT Business Leadership with the development and execution of high-profile assignments, eventually leading their own. This includes briefing to shooting [internationally] to shipping the creative assets to market. Being able to nimbly strategize and execute multiple, quick turnaround campaigns at once will be critical. 

Scope of Work (General deliverables, types of media and/or creative opportunity): 

Campaign Development (Grow from Support to Lead)

Project Management

Support AD / AS in developing production timelines and managing against key project milestones

Manage administrative tasks (meeting notes / reports, maintaining and organizing electronic files, scheduling / coordinating meetings, etc.) 

Support team in updating and managing weekly status reports and present project updates as needed for internal agency teams and clients

Support team in managing creative delivery documents (creative matrices, asset summaries, trafficking spreadsheets, etc.) 

Tracking projects against scope of work

Briefing – Partner / coordinate with Strategy to develop appropriate creative briefing to kick off assignments 

Creative Development/Client Reviews

Assist team in development of breakthrough creative ideas

Review creative / work and provide thoughtful and critical feedback based on brief and brand knowledge

Partner with clients to collect feedback in a timely manner and relay appropriate feedback to creative team

Production – Flawless execution / production

Broadcast Spots (:30 & :15)

Digital Videos (Longform, :06 Bumpers, Vertical Videos)

Digital Banners (300x250, 728x90, etc.)

Rare Deliverables: Print & OOH

Ship – Traffic creative to media buy

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Account Director (AD) & Account Supervisor (AS)

Qualifications

Hard skills (brand, retail, digital, production, research, etc.):

·       Basic Production – Broadcast, online video, digital

·       Writing – ability to quickly develop meeting reports, identify key next steps and manage project status reports 

·       Communication – ability to communicate effectively to build relationships with cross functional team and clients 

·       Project management – detail oriented with an ability to prioritize tasks / assignments and deliver on deadline

Soft skills (client/team culture, communication style, flexibility, etc.):
