Job Description

A Digital Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing digital campaigns and strategies for a variety of clients. You will collaborate with MSL’s other specialist teams and third parties to oversee and execute digital projects including creative, production, measurement and optimization as needed.
Digital Specialists will be confident in managing dedicated digital projects independently to achieve the required objectives within defined budgets and timetables, with minimum guidance. You will share best practice with more junior staff and will often have client-facing responsibilities.
Digital Specialists have a good understanding of the various digital and social platforms that Vietnamese consumers are currently using in their everyday life. You adapt well to the fast-changing digital, social ecosystems and user behaviors to bring innovative solutions for clients. You creatively think of ways to create a consistent and impactful customer experience across online and offline communication channels such as PR and Experiential.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

DIGITAL PLANNING & MANAGEMENT (60%):

  • Provide online research and deliver audits of digital platforms to enhance understanding of target audiences for client’s campaigns
  • Strategic planning for integrated digital projects, developing digital execution plans across multiple touchpoints
  • Compile rate card, estimated costs for digital campaigns
  • Leading execute and manage quality of digital outputs & reporting
  • Work with Creative team, Publicis Groupe partners and third parties to develop and produce digital assets
  • Manage media buying campaigns including Social Ads, Search Ads and Display Ads for small and medium-scale client campaigns
  • Measure and optimize campaign impact in collaboration with other teams and third parties
  • Pro-actively keep updated about news and trends related to digital, user behaviors, technology that help to maximize campaign impact

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT (20%):

  • Support superiors to plan and lead the activities of the Digital team
  • Contribute to an open and collaborative team atmosphere
  • Share information effectively and maintain strong working relationships with other teams
  • Maintain positive relations with third parties important to clients’ digital activities

CLIENT CONSULTING & FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT (15%):

  • Build and maintain personal client contacts relevant to digital projects, activities, KPIs and performance, in conjunction with senior team members
  • Write client deliverables such as digital proposals, reports or other materials to a high standard; and present to clients accordingly
  • Write Vietnamese perfectly, with very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
  • Use critical thinking to clarify and expand instructions
  • Use questioning techniques and listening skills to deepen your understanding of client’s digital needs and briefs
  • Attend and take initiative in brainstorms for clients, and apply creative thinking and problem solving to all aspects of work
  • Show understanding of integrated marketing and actively contribute to a consistent customer experience across Digital, PR and Experiential
  • Develop understanding of how to manage clients’ digital projects profitably
  • Maintain first class administration on all projects


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (5%):

  • Develop a good knowledge of digital trends, technology and industry developments that affect our agency’s business as well as clients’
  • Identify opportunities for new business on your existing digital clients and work to seize these together with senior team members
  • Play an important role in preparing and drafting new business proposals for Digital and attend pitch presentations

Qualifications

  • +4 years of experience as a digital project management or social media role including a successful track record of planning and executing integrated campaigns; experience in a major digital or social media agency as Account or Planner (in social – media – digital) is a great plus
  • Good knowledge of Web / App Analytics and Social Analytics, Google Analytics tools; love data and love to come up with data driven solutions; open to explore new tools
