About BU

The backbone of our CRM and loyalty platforms, our Digital Campaign Solutions team acts as primary advisors to our internal tech teams and global clients. The unit works closely with our powerful proprietary platform – Epsilon PeopleCloud Customer to lay the foundation of our digital solutions. As key players in running our day-to-day loyalty operations, the team thrives on bringing ideas to life and translating client needs into vital business solutions

  • Provide technical leadership to the team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Interface with customers from a technical expertise standpoint in areas such as architecture/design/analysis.
  • Work with the customer to understand and devise the high level functional and technical requirements of a project/service.
  • Work with Architects for right implementation and design for projects.

What you will do

  • Perform and manage delivery/development for multiple clients, multi-tiered, transactional environment.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders of the engagement, work with global teams.
  • Establish and improve processes, familiarity with Digital Marketing platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science.
  • 11+ years of Web and Database Development using Microsoft Technologies.
  • Extensive involvement in all stages of application development life cycle including requirements, logical and physical architecture modeling, design, development, implementation and support.
  • Have strong problem solving and negotiation skills in a client-facing environment.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is required – Agile Scrum.
  • Establish and enhance processes across teams.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with following front-end technologies:
  • HTML
  • CSS3
  • JavaScript
  • JQuery/Angular/Node
  • Familiar with Database development - Oracle/MS SQL Server).
  • Solid knowledge of web architectural and design patterns.
  • Design Patterns – MVC, Dependency Injection (Unity)
  • OO Analysis & Design, Database Design, UML
  • SOLID principles
  • Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize and able to quickly change priorities Quality of Work (Attention to Detail).
