Job Description

The Senior Account Executive works in conjunction with account teams and leadership to fulfill client campaign planning, execution, management, and analysis. This role interfaces with our clients on a daily basis and is responsible for building and maintaining a strong working relationship. This position is designed for someone with at least 3 to 5 years of work experience and is the key contributor for all client day to day issues and projects.

Senior Account Executives also work closely with the project management, strategy, data, analytics, and creative and print production teams to appropriately define the client’s opportunity and deliver a set of solutions aimed at fulfilling brand objectives. Being able to multi-task, problem solve, bring a 'can-do' attitude, and a proven ability to work in a collaborative environment is paramount. 

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understands client organization/stakeholders, market and product at depth
  • Works with creative, motion design and strategy teams to address client objectives and deliver solutions for key client challenges
  • Prepares creative briefs, provides feedback to creative team, participates in creative reviews as project progresses through the development process 
  • Actively participates in meetings with clients
  • Organizes client materials for all client meetings, takes notes and sends meeting recaps as needed
  • Informs analytics team on key measurement, provides insights related to campaign performance 
  • Coordinates meetings and work sessions with internal and client stakeholders as needed
  • Addresses client escalations/risks related to each project
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at any given time and have the ability to own projects independently from kickoff to completion
  • Fosters a positive and inclusive work environment for the team and clients

 

Qualifications

  • 3 - 4 years of work experience in a digital agency preferred
  • Creative agency, retail or Telecomm experience desired
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Office
  • Eagerness to lead a team of creatives and willingness to assume greater responsibility
  • Strong analytical skills, commitment to a client, and proven ability to manage expectations
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • BA in marketing, advertising or related field
