We are looking for an experienced image manipulator extraordinaire to join our post-production department as Compositor. Do you have a passion for transforming creative ideas into realistic compositions by puzzling elements together using techniques like keying or rotoscoping? Look no further. Oh, and it’s a bonus if your initials are VFX.

At Boomerang we work on all different kinds of projects. Starting from an offline/online approach we create social campaigns big and small, traditional and dynamic, but also DOOH in all shapes and sizes and the odd TVC. As our Compositor you have the responsibility to put the finishing touch on an asset after our editors receive a picture lock but because you’ve often already been involved from the start that certainly does not just make you the final station, you are the spider in the web that puts the cherry on the cake. You will find yourself in a multi-talented team where we help each other to push it to a higher level and in this specific role there is an extra important responsibility when it comes to advising your respective project’s team (from creative to director but also producer and PM) about any post-production needs and -everyone’s- to-do’s. You also share your knowledge outside of projects with our post-production team’s post producers and junior editors (to stimulate their talents and growth) but also with our video producers and creatives

*For this role it is important to live in the Netherlands and to work at the office for a few days a week.
