JOB DESCRIPTION

Working inside a team led by an Ad Platforms Director, this role is responsible for learning and developing all aspects of digital media campaigns. Initially, there will be a lot of education with regards to developing theoretical knowledge of our tech partners, e.g. Google and Meta. This theory will then develop into practical experience, as this role will be responsible for the planning and buying of media campaigns across digital. You’ll be working across incredible clients such as Samsung, Westpac and Toyota.

 

What you will be doing?

People

  • Support the Digital Account Management & Digital Planning teams in their client relationship & implementation requirements.
  • Manage timelines for delivering workload, meeting those deadlines with a high standard level of work.

Product

  • Manage timelines for delivering workload, meeting those deadlines with a high standard level of work
  • Develop proactive initiatives specific to client needs.
  • Utilise Publicis Groupe’s ad servers to distribute tags and material to media partners & in-house buyers.
  • Execute inbound campaign management and programmatic requests. Including trafficking, creative review and technical implementation
  • Actively manage campaigns to ensure optimum results for clients; regularly monitoring campaign performance & delivery across all necessary platforms.
  • Work with the data supplied by the reporting platforms to create insightful campaign performance reports (both interim and final) to be presented internally and to clients.
  • Over time, develop the confidence to take hands on ownership of client activity within a client portfolio.

 

Profitability

  • Maintain accurate timesheet records.
  • Manage media bookings and fees in the Pegasus system along with accurate actual entries into Pegasus monthly.
  • Take ownership of any invoice queries and resolve these quickly and efficiently.

Partners

  • Take relevant training courses and achieve partners certifications (Google, Meta, TheTradeDesk etc.)
  • Stay abreast of platform developments and maintain technical proficiency.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

About you

  • Tertiary qualification preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to prioritise workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard.
