Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Month End

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts for Global Services entities, across all recharges and cost aspects.
  • Headcount reconciliation, salary reconciliation and journal postings monthly. Liaison with relevant Payroll and HR team for any variations or missing information on the payroll report.
  • Responsibility of a monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Supporting with all Groupe reporting requests (flash, short-term-forecast, variance analysis, resolving mismatch, other).

Forecasting / Budget

  • Assisting with the annual budget & periodic forecasting processes, including liaison with relevant stakeholders & upload of budget/forecasts into HFM (Groupe reporting tool)
  • Costs recovery, payroll forecasting and reconciliation
  • Monthly P&L rolling forecast preparation by entity
  • Preparation/calculation of a monthly salary recharges schedule based on monthly payroll by entity and distributed to the respective agencies Finance team i.e., Obtain POs, Reporting for Commit, RFs, and Actuals and Mismatch queries.
  • Take ownership of the monthly rolling forecast, updating confirmed and pipeline personnel costs and recharges.

Other

  • Responsibility of CSR/ESG Quarterly Reporting
  • PSA / P11D submissions
  • Daily liaison with Re:Sources (shared service centre, SSC)
  • Assisting the Audit and compliance processes
  • Ad-hoc projects as required
  • Adherence to Groupe FMC policies, reporting and deadlines.

Qualifications

A background in Finance & Accounting

Skills (including technology)

  • Good Microsoft office skills, especially in excel and outlook.
  • Clear understanding of accounting concepts and processes
  • Strong communication/presentation skills required
  • Thorough with excellent attention to detail
  • Responding efficiently & promptly to queries
  • Willingness to engage with & support the business in general
  • SAP knowledge and understanding of Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounts Receivable process.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Hyperion experience a plus
