Job Description

The Go-To-Market Exec is responsible for supporting all aspects of the Go-To-Market unit with particular emphasis on the onboarding, QA, monitoring and report of T&I product activity.  You will also be required to support the Product Marketing and Capability functions within the Go-To-Market team to prepare for product roadshows, e-learning and live training events. 

Responsibilities;

  • Support with the final preparation of a product readiness by helping to create how to guides and maintenance guidelines which you will have access to and are responsible for sharing the latest versions with the client teams when a client has onboarded onto a T&I solution
  • Responsible for the onboarding, any troubleshooting and initial performance analysis for any T&I solution, across any brand or client
  • Support the team’s efforts in creating and implementing our full Product Lifecycle process.  Collaborating with Product Operations to define our process and ensure that rules and processes are followed by all members of the Go To Market team
  • As and when required support Product Marketing with marketing collateral and preparation for product roadshows
  • At times, you may be required to support a product owner at any stage of the Product Lifecycle process.  An opportunity to get involved in some technical elements of product development
