Job Description

Ultimately, we are looking for a contemporary creative duo made up of a Senior Art Director &  Senior Copywriter to join our creative team - who has the ability to come up with fresh and big ideas and has the skills and confidence to express them.

To join the team, you will need to exhibit a strong belief in putting the idea at the center of the work, have to show excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, and know-how to design native digital and social work across all channels of the eco-system.

You should be able to work as part of a team, have an open mind, and be able to adapt ideas to the needs of the campaign brief while having the capacity to deal well with work under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines. You will need to show enthusiasm about advertising with a desire to keep up to date with new developments in the media landscape.

As a bonus you will not only be interacting with a broad team of creatives.

We’re looking for a hands-on Art Director who buddies up with an English Copywriter with natural storytelling abilities. You are both a delight to work with, and your experience includes:

  • Strong work experience in a creative agency – and a killer portfolio that highlights your conceptual and writing capabilities
  • Mastery in developing concepts, copy and art for large cross-channel initiatives across media, both online and off
  • Energy, a sense of humor, and an open & curious mind
  • Polished communication and fearless presentation skills
  • Outstanding proofreading skills

- Previous agency experience as a creative duo in a similar role

- You are proactive conceptual thinkers and a problem solvers with Impeccable copywriting skills / art direction skills. You are both storytellers

- You develop and create effective, engaging concepts that adhere to established brand voice

-Cross-channel perfection: One concept, so many messaging mediums – you’ll be  masters at making an idea translate effectively and flawlessly across all marketing assets

-With a knack for strategic brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution you exhibit a love of collaborating with your team members – Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and other equally talented eccentrics – to consistently deliver polished, award-worthy work

-Research, research and research! You love researching! You do your research diligently

-You always keep the brief in your pocket. It might be the first and last thing you read every day

-You keep a brands guidelines close to your heart

-Interest in new technology/digital space and with a finger on the pulse of everything hot on- and offline

-Exuberant work ethic and an exacting attention to detail, whether it’s details in your craft, answering a brief or staying true to the brand’s tone and style

-With an open mind you will sprinkle your knowledge and onboard experience from some of the most awarded creatives in the industry

-Organized and methodical, juggling multiple projects under tight deadlines

-You have a childlike fascination of the advertising industry and spend time on viewing campaigns, executions and cases – and analyze them

- Above all you master good energy and make a point of bringing it to every interaction in your team and with clients.
