As a Paid Social Team Lead, besides looking after and nurturing the top talents in the team, you will be expected to deliver high level service toward our key partners and represent our values internally as well as externally.

Customer specific tasks:

  • Developing the paid social strategy and paid social communication plan for our clients
  • Continuously optimizing the social campaigns and closely monitoring if it is aligned with the strategy and customer goals
  • Tracking and reporting on social media spending
  • Tracking landing page analytics, suggesting on the measurement of conversion rates
  • Taking charge on implementing different social tools and actively using them
  • Leading the introduction of new social media platforms into our ad portfolio
  • Holding social trainings for clients in Hungarian and English
  • Participating in client presentations and pitches in the Hungarian and global market too
  • Keeping in touch with clients, serving client requests
  • Being responsible for audit and reporting files

Company specific tasks:

  • Close collaboration with the rest of the performance media team, campaign coordinators and integrated media planner teams
  • Participating in media pitches
  • Motivating direct employees
  • Working together with the integrated Publicis Groupe team
  • Liaising with internal finance leaders and finance staff
  • Teaching and training new joiners
  • Participating in the development of a more efficient operation of the company

Trying not to stay thirsty during every third Thursday (yes, we definitely call them Thirsty Thursdays!), having different themed parties during even the day with ice-cream in the garden or just simply having a wardrobe exchange mini market to give our clothes a new opportunity with someone else.
