At Publicis Groupe, we are looking for a Data Scientist fluent in English to join our Data Science Hub at Publicis Global Delivery, our talent powerhouse, the global interconnected network that provide offshore & nearshore solutions for our partners - sister companies´ business worldwide. 🌍

What you’ll do:

You´ll be creating predictive models, using machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence approaches, to process, integrate and manipulate big data from distributed systems, synthesizing the results and translating the findings into compelling stories that resonate with clients!

We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

• At least a 4 year degree in mathematics / statistics / programming / data science etc., or equivalent hands on coding and deep analysis
• Strong programming skills in Python/R and SQL
• Knowledge of the following statistical techniques: Markov-Chain, Probability distribution, regressions, principal components, ANCOVA, gain charts, decay models, MVT design, bias removal / addressing, significance testing etc.
• Descriptive and inferential statistics background. 
• Need to have personally written code to pull, collate, stitch, and analyze data (ideally with sources such as DCM log files, DMPs, variables and descriptors in GA / AA, CRM files, cookie-based data, derived / disconnected fields in data etc.)
• Scripting solutions for budgeting, forecasting, anomaly detection, cost reconciliation, data refreshes, mapping etc
