Vice President, Platform Adoption

  • Full-time

Job Description

Overview

Epsilon leads the industry in data-driven marketing solutions. At the heart of these solutions is the CORE platform, which builds millions of connected identities and executes customer journeys for our clients with hyper speed and precision.

As Vice President, Platform Adoption, you’ll own the internal and external positioning and communication of the CORE platform and its components, starting with CORE ID (the most complete consumer identity on the market) and then moving on to CORE AI, CORE Onboarding and CORE Data.

This role is not exclusively within marketing or product management, and the right candidate will have a strong sense of both. You’ll need to have the subject matter expertise of a product manager, understand the martech world and maintain deep knowledge of Epsilon’s platforms, products and use cases. Your goals won’t be tied to specific sales targets, as you’ll be focused on supporting the sales and marketing teams with positioning, stories, stats, proof points and direct communication with clients that improve seller and client understanding of Epsilon’s platforms, and ultimately lead to adoption and sales.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner closely with key Platform Managers, including those for CORE Identity and CORE AI, to understand the platforms, provide the Platform Managers with the voice of the customer and the industry, and advocate for enhancements to improve platform adoption
  • Identify and remove barriers to adoption of the platforms
  • Keep a pulse on the industry and competitors’ platforms to identify opportunities and threats
  • Own the branding, awareness and application of our platforms for internal teams
  • Create clear, consistent messaging that educates teams on the platforms’ benefits
  • Contribute to evaluations of potential partnerships in identity and other relevant areas
  • Communicate with external partners and diverse groups of internal stakeholders
  • Represent Epsilon through engagement with key media outlets
  • Communicate Epsilon’s platform capabilities in meetings with key clients
  • Partner closely with the VP of Identity Analytics, who is the source of analytical insights and consulting on identity

What you’ll bring:

  • 10–15 years of experience in a digital ecosystem in a product management, product marketing and/or partnership development role
  • Background in development or engineering
  • Experience in external-facing communication of complex platforms or products
  • Experience in digital advertising or product evaluation
  • History of influencing diverse internal and external audiences
  • Education background of B.S., or equivalent experience in a technical discipline
