Job Description

The Account Executive is responsible for driving the execution of the strategic plan and ensures creative product achieves clients’ and agency’s objectives. Provides day-to-day leadership and value-added ideas to help build the client’s business. Conducts day-to-day implementation of client projects that run smoothly and flawlessly. Builds trust with internal and external clients.Utilizes other parts of the agency to deliver work efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Manages projects from start to finish, earning the confidence of and developing a strong working rapport with day-to-day client contacts

2. Has knowledge of client and brand initiatives, also has a strong understanding of competitors’ campaigns and positions in the marketplace

3. Oversees execution of brand idea from initial concept through final measurement; Generates and pursues innovative, untried ideas to improve the client’s and the agency’s business

4. Reinforces roles and accountabilities internally and with the client

5. Manages against SOW and helps lead all financial aspects of projects

6. Creates a positive agency/team culture

Other Considerations but not mandatory:

  • Shopper marketing/retail experience at an agency
  • Exposure to Brand/Digital/360 activation 
  • Customer experience
  • Presentation skills
