Job Description
The Social Producer must be decisive, diplomatic, and possess strong problem solving skills. This is the core foundation for working harmoniously as a team player with different department aand teams. You are also knowledgeable and passionate about social media and the platforms that allows innovative work.

Responsibilities
Initiative, judgment and hands-on determination to take social content from beginning to end under tight
deadlines
Strategically select production partners to ensure that the most innovative and leading creative is delivered.
Bid budgets and create calendars in partnership with vendors/partners - Liaise with the Creative and Account departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication between departments
Create detailed production calendars and budgets and work with our Account Management team to have those elements approved at the inception of a job
Works closely with business affairs, traffic, product and project management from the onset of the job to completion
Manage production budgets
Manage overall production calendars
Qualifications
Experience managing external vendor relationships; including but not limited to scope development, rate negotiation, delivery of assets.
Knowledgeable about tone, style, interactivity, and audience for social platforms FB, IG Snap,YT and Twitter
Managing client relationships on production related issues.
Developing creative strategic ways to make tight social budgets work best for it’s money.
Preparing documents for events, including run-of-show, production schedules logistics.
Wrapping events.
Experience working with cost consultants
Confidence with creative input and contribution
Excellent negotiator, communicator and relationship builder
Management of multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Proven success managing client requests and flawlessly implementing feedback
Ability to lead and develop long-term and multi-scenario plans
Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook MS Project
Ability to handle a large volume of work within short deadlines
