About the job

This role is responsible for ensuring the best practise approach is applied in the implementation phase of digital campaigns with a view to deliver excellent implementation, reporting and measurable outcomes for clients across MBM. This role works directly with members of the Platforms team, the Account Management team and key clients.

What you will be doing

Business Development

  • Provide best in market knowledge on digital measurement platforms and trends.
  • Assist with RFI/RFP and pitch responses when requested by the Senior Platform team members.

Account Management

  • Support the Account Management team in their client relationship and implementation requirements.
  • Develop proactive initiatives specific to client needs.
  • Maintain client relationships via active account management, attendance at WIP, actions and minute follow up and delivery of initiatives as agreed.

Implementation, Optimisation and Reporting

  • Assist in developing a measurement approach, setting up appropriate data collection pixels (both conversion and audience data) and deploying data collection pixels to sites either via client, tag system (e.g. tag manager) or agency.
  • Utilise MBM’s adserver to create, and distribute tags and material to media partners.
  • Accurately implement any relevant tracking e.g. UTM
  • Take hands on ownership of client activity within a client portfolio.
  • Actively manage campaigns to ensure optimum results for clients; regularly monitoring campaign performance across all necessary platforms.
  • Work with the data supplied by the reporting platforms to create insightful campaign performance reports (both interim and final) to be presented internally and to clients.
  • Implement other campaign changes as required by the client or other partners.
  • Identify insights from results to inform future campaigns.
  • Take an active role in executing processes around trafficking, reporting, budget management, flighting and delivery across digital media activity.

Platforms

  • Championing the use of tracking and measurement platforms within the agency.
  • Establishment and maintenance of best practice across all digital implementation.
  • Work with clients and their technical teams on platform best practice.
  • Educate, upskill and inspire clients.

Qualifications

About you

  • Tertiary qualification preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to prioritise workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard.
  • Current Certifications in Google Marketing Platforms.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Digital Implementation
