The Publicis Imagine team has been designed to be simple, agile and connected, with access to the latest innovations in media to accelerate Disney’s growth around the world, Data is at the core of Publicis Imagine’s offering. Our data ecosystem, supercharged by Epsilon, will be the end-to-end platform focused on driving growth. We do this by uncovering data-driven insights that inform marketing, creative messaging and media decisions. We will look to connect all aspects of Disney’s business to unlock growth with each of their consumers from any line of business. 
Publicis Imagine will be active across the globe, with the hub for EMEA based here at White City in London. We are Disney fanatics and have created a unique UK and EMEA hybrid team to deliver not only excellence in market, but also be the guiding light for the region when it comes to planning. We have brought together talent from all areas of our business, client leadership, strategy, planning, data science, content, insights and execution in agile squads that will deliver for Disney’s business.

Job Description

  • Support Business Director in building and leading key client relationships.
  • Alongside other Planning Director, Day to day contact for key Disney+ UK clients and responsibility for the smooth running of the business
  • Take a lead on the long term activations and opportunities we have with Disney+ (e.g. Partnerships, OOH, sponsorships and Brand strategy)
  • Support the Planning Managers who lead on putting together responses to brief, reviewing specialists proposals and presenting it to the client
  • Ensure that a strategic direction is followed through from client brief to activation ideas and execution
  • Support Business Director on annual planning
  • Overseeing Planning Managers and Executives and supervising delivery of regular reports and documents to support smooth running of the campaigns
  • Driving best-practice thinking, innovation and proactively propose new opportunities
  • Ensure ideas are inspirational, game changing and help our clients achieve their objectives (award winning!)
  • Ensure excellent relationships with other Publicis Imagine team such as Investment, Digital, reporting teams etc. and with media owners.
  • Have a strong knowledge of the category and competitor activity.
  • Be an active participant in helping build the Publicis Imagine team and culture, contribute back to the agency via broader Publicis Media participation – present in planners meetings, share knowledge, etc

Qualifications

  • Excellent 360 communication skills, client service skills and ability to build strong client and internal relationships
  • ·       Strong media planning skills required

    ·       Ability to think critically and challenge / question assumptions to ensure best possible delivery for the client

    ·       Strong Excel and PPT skills required

    ·       Effective line manager, with the ability to develop junior team members

  • Someone who will make an impact on our business, bringing ideas and a point of view
  • Media planning experience in a UK role
  • Experience of managing someone or a team
  • Experience in one of the following categories is desired:
    • Film and entertainment
    • Media network/channel
    • Streaming services
  • Passionate about The Walt Disney Company and everything its brands have to offer
  • Strong cross-channel media planning knowledge

·       Previous experience on an account with centralised digital activation would be of interest

·       Enthusiastic, energetic, able to work in a fast paced environment and juggle multiple projects and tasks at once

  • Culturally aware, confident, collaborative and enthusiastic
