Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Digital Project Manager to join our McDonald’s Team. The role is to support the management and co-ordination of all aspects in the running of the McDonald’s website and mobile app.

This would be a fantastic position for a Junior Digital PM ready to take the next step in their career within Digital Project Management.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Management and overview of the workflow of various projects ensuring that everything is running according to plan
  • Communicating project plans both internally and to clients and partner agencies; managing expectations and assuring alignment with the client and agency processes
  • Working closely with the Client Services team and other departments to ensure efficient flow of work through the agency
  • Understanding the internal workings of the agency and the production processes involved
  • Ensuring briefs are approved and creative teams are briefed according to timing plans
  • Scheduling reviews and ensuring all relevant parties attend
  • Facilitating work out of reviews through the agency to relevant departments and potential third parties and ensuring that it is followed up and delivered on time
  • Troubleshooting and proposing alternative solutions in situations where there are timing or delivery challenges 
  • Maintaining a commercial perspective on work at all times
  • Working closely with all departments within the agency and partner agencies to ensure delivery of output is the best possible quality
  • Encouraging teamwork and good communication
  • Producing estimates & PO’s (except TV/Radio) 
  • Ensuring Cost controller approval on estimates prior to sharing with Clients.
  • Reconciling projects once they are complete

Qualifications

  • An understanding of file formats and website specifications 
  • An understanding of UX/page design and how to optimise a website for visitors
  • Ability to understand website analytics as well as the consumer journey 
  • Basic photoshop skills and knowledge of creative suite processes 
  • Ability to liaise confidently with a variety of stakeholders both internal and external
