      Job Description

      ** The primary client for this role is based in SF, and candidates can work anywhere in the U.S. — remote, hybrid or at any of our 12 offices.

      As an Associate Director, Strategy at Hawkeye, you’ll crystalize consumer insights, cultural trends, and brand opposition research to build strategies for a major technology company. You'll create communications, content, and experience strategy for a tech brand that's renowned for their user-centric search engine.

      Key Duties

      • Guide senior clients on communications, channel, and messaging strategies to engage customers
      • Create clear, valuable, actionable perspectives based on primary and secondary research
      • Harmonize audience, brand, and industry trends into strategic opportunities for clients
      • Advise and oversee junior teammates to ensure positive outcomes across concurrent projects
      • Build brand narratives and messaging for strategic and tactical CRM initiatives
      • Evaluate marketing analytics to identify key learnings and create insight driven strategies

      Qualifications

      • 8+ years of previous experience in strategy, marketing, or a comparable field
      • Experience in planning for email, digital, CRM, branding, or advertising
      • Enjoys writing, editing, and presenting information to others
      • Good organization and prioritization across multiple projects
      • Can encourage and motivate great work from teammates
