Conill Advertising has an exciting position for a motivated Social Content Supervisor.
The Social Content Supervisor leads day-to-day social client business, understanding overall business objectives. He/she supports the Account team in managing client relationships that pertain to social media. Will be both project lead, and supervise a team managing multiple projects, both online and offline, happening simultaneously. Must be able to focus on the business needs of the client, seek and articulate agency perspective on recommended solutions that contribute to innovative ideas in support of the client's goals. He/she leads respective team.
 

• Oversee management of client’s presence and discussions on major social media channels
• Oversee the team to ensure proper messaging is executed in-feed that will help to reach objectives
• ·Ensure creative concepts and scaled into the social space
• ·Conduct/or assign research in social media marketing for new trends, platforms and strategies
• Encourage and foster professional growth of existing team and recruit new talent into agency
• Work with reports to set achievable and measurable goals
• Set an example for team and agency in client concierge level service and understanding / application of trend
• Work across departments to ensure proper messaging is executed in-feed to help reach objectives
• Foster inter-agency relationships
• Stay abreast of the social media marketing space for new trends, platforms and strategies

• Bachelor’s degree is required 
• 4-7 years of progressive experience in Hispanic Social Media or related media/marketing
• Production experience required
• Knowledge of digital advertising / creative agency model
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Adobe Creative Suite skills are highly desirable
